We do NOT recommend any of our items for under 3's.  It is your responsibility to ensure all products are suitable for the age of the children

Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required.  We recommend balloons are inflated using a balloon pump.  Balloons should never be added to party bags uninflated.
